We currently have a photographic display about the origin of street names. Also depicted are the railways and colliery plus potted histories of local celebrities. Our main exhibition (The 'John Hyatt Collection') is in the main part of the chapel.
We also have a small sales area as we must raise funds to be sustainable. We sell calendars, birthday cards, jams, chutneys and pickles, books, postcards depicting the village, pens and pencils. Not forgetting Tony's book about the area and our CD of 200+ photographs.
Most of the photographs that we hold are now on disk and available to view on request. The categories are - schools, places, railways, people, events, munition's factory, mining, WW1 and farming.
